Pluggable shaft-mounted helical gearboxes are also suitable as a space-saving alternative, for example in a storage and retrieval unit when the machine structure needs to be as narrow as possible.

g700-P planetary gearboxes

The g700 planetary gearbox is an excellent solution for dynamic and cost-optimized applications.

MPR/MPG planetary gearboxes

The combination of Vogel MPR and MPG planetary gearbox and Lenze servo motor is the optimum solution for dynamic or highly dynamic applications which require maximum precision.

These include the tasks that apply on a daily basis to the printing and packaging industry, handling and robot technology, filling and materials handling technology and general mechanical engineering.

The MPR and MPG planetary gearboxes are characterized by an above-average torsional stiffness, combined with a backlash down to one angular minute.

Their combination with MCS synchronous servo motors and MCA asynchronous servo motors creates flexible and particularly energy-efficient solutions which cover virtually every application.


g500-H helical gearboxes

The robust helical gearboxes are characterized by high permissible radial forces, closely stepped speed reduction ratios and a low backlash.

They are available in a 2- and 3-stage design with a torque of up to 123910 lb-in (14000 Nm) and a ratio of up to i=370.


g500-S shaft-mounted helical gearboxes

The slimline shaft-mounted helical gearboxes are characterized by high permissible radial forces, closely stepped ratios and a low backlash.

They are available in a 2- and 3-stage design with a torque of up to 168164 lb-in (19000 Nm) and a ratio of up to i=495.
